Just seen a job for £26k whose responsibility is to write and implement a strategy for inclusion and diversity for an entire museum and all its functions as part of an NLHF project. And we wonder why we don’t make progress in these areas of practice. 🤬🥲

More and more people are expecting you to work for free on things. It is bugging me that people are squeezing budgets and expecting the same level of research quality and outcome. I simply think that if we are asking for people’s time, we should cost appropriately for it.
