Here's my stance: there is no such thing as Good Eugenics, and it is not a neutral process. Eugenics seeks artificial perfection, with targets that will always move and shift based on prevailing biases. It will never be done to benefit anything but power and aesthetic.

Tailoring a population via alteration over actually providing support (medical, social, etc.) will never be the way. Eugenics cannot be divorced from fascism and dystopia. Eugenics, particularly done from birth, cannot be consented to by the one being acted on.
