Today I gave my very first presentation at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh at the Maternal Medicine symposium. Scotland desperately needs more Obstetric Physicians. We must not be afraid of these patients but educate ourselves and full the gaps on our knowledge. Can't wait for MacDonald Obstetric Medicine Society (MOMS) on Friday!


In Scotland no cervical cancer cases have been detected in fully vaccinated women since the 2008 introduction of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination. Public Health Minister Jenni Minto MSP encouraged those eligible to take up the vaccination offer. See - bit.ly/H_P_V
