Big thanks to the parking officer at QMC Nottingham University Hospitals who patiently found me the one remaining staff parking spot today. Absolutely saved my morning 🌟 🌟

A story of immediate and intense regret: I’ve just found my Huel shaker from last weekend’s Gym session. It had the remains of my banana protein shake in it. I opened the lid 🤢

I should really stop asking people in the hospital corridors if they need help finding somewhere. I’m usually more lost than the patients.

If you refer to a patient as “acopic”, the only meaningful thing I can gain from this is that you couldn’t be bothered to define their increasing difficulties. Please stop.

So I’ve just been diagnosed as having autism and ADHD. Time to rehash and relive every difficulty I’ve had in my career, education, and personal life… yes the diagnosis, although a surprise, is probably spot on.
