Not fussed by the result of that at all. That first 45 mins was so fun. Several youngsters making debuts, including a couple of 16-year-olds. More games in their “man of the match” than most of ours in the whole squad. #QPR

You did yourselves proud boys. Heads up, all of you. 💙🤍 The youngest QPR team in history (average age 19.95) went toe to toe with a tough side and almost won. 8 senior debuts including three to 16 and 17 year olds! 👏 A tough one but an important beginning. 👊 #QPR

Quite funny having kids cheer at me from car windows who were probably not much younger than those who played for #QPR tonight. I look forward to seeing how their senior debuts go…

This should not be reported as if it's some normal or acceptable thing that a club's parent company has signed a player, so that player can sign for 'Strasbourg' & eventually Chelsea for a convenient fee they'll negotiate with themselves. We're too numb to this & it's a problem.

Travelling to Paris for the weekend - a trip we’ve made for most of the last 14 August BH weekends. Seems a good time to pick this back up again… Ned Boulting 🏳️‍⚧️

I’ll be honest. I had some vague optimism today with Dunne and Varane back. But, I wasn’t expecting Cook to start over Mbengue and Chair’s injury is a big setback too. Either way, this is a complete embarrassment. I’ll go back to pre-match pessimism in future. #QPR

Really poor half. A chance for a few who have been on the fringe to show they should be starting, but they’re not taking it. Too slow and too many basic errors. #QPR

Fantastic result - makes up for those lost points in the last two games. We looked short of quality and ideas before the changes in the second half. Unbeaten in six and up to 6th. #QPR
