Well Currys ‘customer service’ is utterly rubbish. No delivery on Wed, and no response from my complaint lodged with your Customer Service call centre in SA means that I’m going to have to go to the store that failed to deliver as nobody can speak to them!! Just useless!!

After a brain hurting day in the office, a late evening run along the river. Just what I needed, and it got rid of my headache!! If you’re feeling crappy get out and do some phys, it’s great.

So, back on it after summer leave with a hot and sweaty 15K around Ceasers Camp in Aldershot; a training run for Caroline Vincent who is doing Trailwalker UK in a few weeks.

Flight tonight, so a daytime run; nice a breezy. Felt really great afterwards, must of pushed myself!!
