I was wondering how Trump found his troop pay money without a congressional authorization/appropriation. He found it by taking it away from troop housing money. Always a con artist.

Going on national TV to announce troop bonuses but then quietly taking it out of their housing allowance fund is so typical of this White House: Totally gimmicky, likely illegal, and ultimately accomplishing nothing.

For the record. This was not unanimous. I was muted on the call and not allowed to speak or voice my opposition to this  move. Also for the record, this was not on the agenda. This was not consensus. This is censorship.
