Since the Blinky Fish got removed from fishing without fishing holes, me and Andy7 fv fished over 200 items (I know Osirion posted about it already but I missed it 😅). Here are our results (Blinkys / Attempts): 8/26 5/17 8/34 3/33 6/32 7/37 8/33 Total chance: ~21.2% 🎣

The data points to a ~21% catch rate, which lines up with Epic’s ~20% setting — small sample size explains the difference. Statistically, about 25 holes give a 95% chance of 3 Blinkys, and ~60 for 6. If you’re prepping for Solos or Duos, keep in mind chests aren’t included.
