A1- I think being a School of Character gave us a jump start in maintaing peace. We need to take it a step deeper with restorative practices. #tebcarrots TE Baxter Elementary

A2- Restorative mindset is empowerment. Ss and Ts using their problem solving skills. #tebcarrots TE Baxter Elementary

A2- Using affective statements and questions before conflict occurs. #tebcarrots TE Baxter Elementary

A3-Using circles on a more frequent basis as an academic strategy will help Ss feel more comfortable when used to resolve conflict. #tebcarrots

A3- Showing respect for others and listening need to be modeled and practiced in circles. #tebcarrots

A4- I like the idea of using fishbowl for reteach opportunity. p.98 #tebcarrots

A5- That consistent procedures provide students with clear expectations. We need to have high and consistent expectations for all. I look forward to our campus embracing restorative practices and empowering students. #tebcarrots
