Pre-print alert! A primary human alveolar #organoid model that allows for 1) long-term expansion of progenitors; 2) AT2 maturation; 3) AT1 differentiation in defined media. Regenerating AT2s and AT1s show opposite responses to IFN-gamma! The Clevers Lab biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
