(c) she plummeted toward the unknown through a hole in the roof above her. Her nerves buzzed with the feeling of being so alive, but (c)

(c) lately that hadn't been the case. Headaches, nausea, inability to sleep, fevers. She didn't know what was happening to her, why she (c)

(c) was so ill, but didn't tell anyone. Not even Zeke. If this illness was fatal, or even long-term, she could be kicked out of her (c)

(c) faction. Being factionless is worse than death, everybody knows that. Her hands grip the edge of the net, dizziness sweeping over (c)

(c) her like a tidal wave and she braced herself, waiting for it to crash down on her. On the one hand, she wanted somebody to appear, (c)

(c) to help her. But on the other hand, she couldn't stand the idea of anybody seeing her like this, so she took deep breaths, stood, and(c)

(c) returned back down the winding metal staircase to the depths of Dauntless.
