On Fri I bought on-sale large-end rib roast for Sun. It's 2 ribs; 3.5lbs. I used a simple dry rub of salt (1), pepper (1), garlic (1/4; Kirkland), onion (1/4), crushed rosemary (1/4), and thyme (1/4).
