First run in a week and a half! I've been super busy moving and other positive things!

Had a lovely run/walk for the most part. It was a kinda difficult when my asthma flared up. All is well. I'm going to enjoy my week off.

I had a really great morning. Started off with some breakfast. Not all that food was mine. The hubs decided to sleep in. Then I went out for jog/walk. I worked up a good sweat. I'm slowing getting back into my groove. 💛

Had fun at the Desert Botanical Garden. Beautiful 😍

My day yesterday started at the grandest of canyons. Then drove through Sedona and ended the day back in Pheonix with a beautiful rainbow and sunset. 🌈 😍

Fountain Hills is such a beautiful course. There is some foot traffic and the occasional picnicker. The video is the only video I took at this course. The disc fell short and landed in the water. 🤷‍♀️
