Yesterday we sent His Holiness Rabjam Rinpoche off for the rest of his U.S. tour. Our hearts are full and grateful after days of teachings, consecrations, and ceremonies with him and our community. We are excited to share all of the gems from our time together. ✨

What a gift to receive Rabjam Rinpoche's teaching on Ambrosia for the Mind. We'd love for everyone to benefit from this teaching. You can watch it here: bit.ly/48NnPCJ

Along with consecrations, blessings, and teachings, our time with H.H. Rabjam Rinpoche was filled with vivid, stunning colors. We just couldn't keep these colors to ourselves. 😉 🌈

During H.H. Rabjam Rinpoche's visit, we spent a few days at the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas in Arlee, MT. It was a delight to be in that space with our community. ️

Words can heal or wound, uplift or burden. Choose the path of non-violence by refraining from harsh, hurtful, or divisive language. Let your words be a soothing balm to the hearts of others.

Generosity is the mental state of offering something to which we are attached. When we develop the “mind of giving,” it serves as the antidote to our attachments. It’s easy to give away things that we don't want, right?

Some of the faces of the Namchak team during H.H. Rabjam Rinpoche's visit. So many hands came together to make this event happen, and we are grateful for each of them. ❤️

The moment we realize that the world is tinted by our own perceptions, we open ourselves to the possibility of truly seeing and experiencing the present. May we all have many of those moments in our lives, as the clearer we see, the less we will suffer. 🤓

When you notice negativity, make a mindful effort to bring your awareness to the emotion or sensation within the body. By directing our awareness to the experience, we can see how it naturally rises and falls.

Say hello to our IT Manager, Keegan (image 1) and our IT Assistant Manager, Aaron (image 2). They have the best jokes, great taste in music and recipes, and on top of that, they make the tech and "behind-the-scenes" systems work smoothly at Namchak. Thank you for being awesome!

With Vipassana or Insight meditation, we can use this technique to see reality as it is, and, as Lama Tsomo says, pop the balloon of delusion.

Compassion can work as an antidote when we're gripped by afflictive emotions such as jealousy, anger, frustration, fear, or anxiety. Through the act of compassion, we can "lighten" our suffering towards ourselves and allow the emotions to come and go.
