Imagine ignoring bitcoin. I used to think Real Estate was going to save me from the world of out of control government spending/inflation, but it won’t. It just lessens the blow. Btc now with a larger market cap than the Taiwan Dollar.

We had our insurance company send a mailer saying they dropped our policy on a commercial property—for no reason. We reached out. They asked for more pictures (after already inspecting the building before binding the policy). We sent pictures. Then they asked for our permitting

Zoning will only hurt minority groups and lower-income neighborhoods. It will increase property values in the most desired zip codes of Houston even more. Currently, the only way to do this is through deed restrictions. Who do you think would decide how the zoning rules go into
