Is there anyone who has the unfortunate postictal phase and managed to control it somehow? The pain and humiliation of the seizure is not as bad as the postictal for me

Just about two and a half months without a seizure and then today for no reason!!! had one. 😩 Have to reset to clock. So very annoying. Really despise the nuisance I cause the family and this brain haze and headache.

I have a red eye flight coming up and invariably can’t sleep and land wherever and usually the next day have a seizure. No other flight. Anyone has any ideas?

425 days without one. Yes I appreciate I am blessed. But can’t help but feel so disappointed ended today. Start counting all over and have to wonder and have family wondering if I will cope. 😔
