Pineapple Owl A) Protocol is set in stone. Read the original source code. 0 sat outputs were allowed. They were later blocked in consensus as "non-standard" in 2010 before this was superseded by "dust" policy in 2017. Remove dust from policy and you are left with the original implementation.
