This is probably the best sauvignon blanc in the world. Diemersdal Horse Shoe. Sublime is an understatement. Serve it not too chilled 12°C imo, and decanted. And just let that sumptuous, complex, and mineral wine swirl through your mouth. It's sensory overload! Take your time.
