I prefer lower rent. Since rent controls actually produce HIGHER rents, in both the medium and long term, I am opposed to rent controls. BECAUSE I want lower rents. There's no contradiction. Legalize construction. B/C all housing affordable housing. thedailyeconomy.org/article/all-ho…
