What's the point of having followers on Twitter? I have 1,600 (thanks for following if you see this folks!), but my tweets average 5-50 views. Maybe they're not amazing tweets, but this isn't giving them a chance. Zero point in tweeting. LinkedIn gets 100x more impressions.

Airbnb has a blueprint of their entire customer journey on their office walls. They then map all product, policy, and service updates to it. More companies should do this to avoid shipping the org chart.

Reminder: if you have a subscription product or service, please don't require users to sign in to get their invoice. Email the invoice as a PDF with brand-name & date in the subject & pdf filename. It's much easier to search an inbox than the crappy billing section of your site.

Anyone noticed this from Amazon: my default payment method is Amex (for the Avios), but they regularly try to sneak purchases onto my back-up Visa. I'm guessing over millions of transactions that people don't notice, it saves them a significant amount of fees.

I don't want email summaries for Christmas. I just want my email to have consistent (i.e. no) formatting, even if I paste from other apps. "Are you sure you want to send this email with 3 fonts & text sizes that you can't see in the mobile app & will look stupid on desktop?"

Here we go again, BT has taken over a week to repair my parents' phone line, despite being classed as a welfare case. No projected finish time and the Executive Complaints number just hangs up when I call about it. Is there any accountability for woeful service like this?
