Due to a traffic accident, Kelso Road is closed from Painters Run to Moreland. The intersection of Bethany and Kelso also is closed.

UPDATE: 6:36 p.m.: All roads are now open.

Mt. Lebanon Police Chief Jason Haberman spoke during a PA Department of Transportation press conference to ensure everyone stays safe during the 4th of July holiday. Some key points from today:

We received a report at 6:59 p.m. yesterday, stating three masked individuals entered Empire Music, 719 Washington Rd, and stole at least 4 high value guitars. The individuals did not appear to be armed and no one was injured. Investigation ongoing. Call 911 with info.
