The best PJ Day! Second grade tied today’s spirit week theme in with a “read-in.” Read-to-self and reading activities all day! Never heard so many “this is the best day ever”s!

Figure Me Out math! Students created equations to represent the important numbers in their lives (number of family members, birth date, number of letters in their name, etc.) Then, we walked around and solved to learn more about each other! #trinitylearns

Social studies has been a big hit! Studying Prehistory, we examined Discovery Woods through the eyes of the first people to see if it would be a good spot to settle. Are there food and water sources? Are there resources we could use to make tools? #trinitylearns

The perfect way to end this Friday in the beautiful weather before fall break!
