A4: last month our curriculum was about helping the community. I discussed the topic and some students said how they could help and others pointed to pictures. Some even created cards to show gratitude #BTWPodcastChat

A6: You don’t have to do everything. It is ok to ask for help and make sure you take time for yourself or you will get burnt out #BTWPodcastChat
