Today at #CVPR2026 (10:30 PDT, #417) we present TexTile, a differentiable metric for texture tileability. TexTile gives high scores to textures that can be seamlessly repeated, and it can be plugged into any image synthesis pipeline. TexTile values of a rotating texture 2x2 mosaic:
