The spookiest post this Halloween: there are as many univariant reactions in this P-T grid (8 components, 85 phases) as there are stars in the Milky Way: 100 billion

✅ Day 0 of MSG 2025 was a great success! Huge thanks to Nico Riel (University of Mainz) for an engaging and instructive workshop on using MAGEMin, and how it can applied to solve complex problems in thermodynamic modelling of igneous and metamorphic systems.

Day 1 of MSG 2025 is off to a great start! This morning we’re learning about the key role of fluids in metamorphic processes 💧
