Wow. This is not okay. Not surprising security was ineffective. When at Emerg for 4 hours in the middle of the night I saw guards on their phones and reading books. I've been a security guard, decades ago,(not hospital) and no way I could have dealt with 12 people!

Psa. Told by #voilagrocery Sobeys cust service,they doesn't accept returns. Their website is wonky I found when shopping - so instead of just searching the price for diapers... it added 2 boxes of sizes we don't even use. Told they don't return in store either.
