Today was nostalgic.. It took me back to the days of staying home from school sick and watching the best game show ever— The Price is Right! Surprisingly, many of our students were familiar with it.. #comeondown

Held a SPIRITED “Power of the Pen” meeting this morning.. Watched as students worked HARD on a theme essay during the day.. Coached a team of fiery, competitive girls motivated to get better after school.. Today was a fulfilling day. Grateful to be in the position I’m in. #proud

Lost a close one to Wadsworth tonight 29-28.. I tricked my Whoop band— it thought I was working out. Nope, the fluctuating heart rate and unusually high stress level was just a result of an intense game! Time to go 1-0 in the tourney Saturday… #goknights

Our students continue to impress me! It took 40(ish) rounds decide a champion in this year’s spelling bee. They made Shawn Bally, Matt Simonetta, & Elise Finkell work! #goknights

Our 7th & 8th graders competed in the Power of the Pen district tournament.. The 7th grade placed 4th place overall! Daisy won 1st place(!), while Tori took home 10th. Ava won 3rd place in the 8th grade division. I’m so proud of this group; I love being around them.. #goknights
