Wow so I’m still waiting for a response from both Steven Eagell Group and ToyotaUK they clearly are not bothered they have left my house as a possible fire risk when I have young children this shouldn’t happen when buying a new EV! Unbelievable! avoid at all costs!

So the latest diabolical service from ToyotaUK Steven Eagell Group no solution despite house being a fire hazard and I have young children then they offer a free install but only until you’ve paid out thousands for ground works and make sure you have this spec! But they don’t tell you

When you hand over your £45k they forgot to tell you all this Then you ask for a tracker to be fitted they tell you it’s done tracker company tell you hasn’t been done properly and they scratch your car in the process well done Steven Eagell Group ToyotaUK motor ombudsman here we come

When Arriva Bus thinks it’s acceptable to allow a 14 year old girl to be stranded because she made a silly mistake to help her friend today absolutely unbelievable I didn’t realise you cannot make a mistake now at a young age

I understand she made a mistake but how about Arriva Bus telling her what she’s done wrong rather than confiscating her bus pass so she can’t get home? The right money was paid just by the wrong child! They could give it back but are refusing so she’s stuck
