I believe one of the best asset the education system can have for SEND students, are the SEND teachers, the teachers with dyslexia, autism, ADHD etc. They can help act as pathfinders for their students.

After 15 years of teaching Computer Science and ICT, I finally applied for BCS membership. The imposter syndrome due to not having a computing-based degree has been my concern, but I am now confident my knowledge and experience justifies putting myself forward.
