Important point from M. Crockett’s article- a teacher’s content knowledge is so much more than just knowing content. It’s knowing how to make it comprehensible to students. Impossible to do unless you take the time to know who your students are #EDLR5402

We won’t be able to learn who our students are if they don’t feel safe to tell us and show us. As a school leader, we need to make sure ALL students feel safe to be themselves. Every single day. #EDLR542
