Excited to have this work published in collaboration with Llano Laboratory @BeckmanInst ! Check out our open access paper here: rdcu.be/cEQbv

Honored to be featured in this great article from The Grainger College of Engineering with Computational Imaging Science Laboratory (CISL) and Oelze Lab. University of Illinois is known for excellent biomedical ultrasound research for 75+ years. We are very proud to contribute to this ongoing story. grainger.illinois.edu/news/limitless…

Many thanks to @BeckmanInst again for another great article featuring our collaboration with Llano Laboratory!

Inspired by #fULM from Tanter Mickael, we also generated videos of microbubbles moving inside a mouse brain. This is indeed a very cool way of presenting #ULM data and showing what blood flow looks like in brain tissue!

In this preprint we introduce CS Doppler, a deep generative neural network-based technique that super-resolves microvessels without using contrast microbubbles. This work was lead by Qi You and in collaboration with Computational Imaging Science Laboratory (CISL) and Llano Laboratory.

Check out our super-resolution ultrasound brain imaging preprint on mice with Alzheimer's disease. We found that the early stage of the disease presented with decreased blood flow velocity in vulnerable brain regions. Llano Laboratory @BeckmanInst

Huge congratulations to Matthew Lowerison and YiRangShin who worked so hard to help the @SongLabUIUC clinch the winner award for the super-resolution imaging challenge (in vivo) at @ieeeius 2022!

Check out our new paper led by Zhijie Dong where we present a new version of the FASTER probe clip-on device that enables high volume-rate, multimodal 3D ultrasound imaging with regular 1D ultrasound probes (B-mode, Doppler, and super-resolution imaging). doi.org/10.1101/2023.0…
