Yesterday, I went to an event with AXA Health Fawcett Society & Bloody Good Period on challenging the normalisation of pain and discomfort as an intrinsic part of womanhood. I tried a period simulator and the #MenoVest which simulates hot flushes - you can see I didnt take it well!
