This is great but racism happens on 4 levels; structural, cultural,institutional and individual level and all 4 have got to be addressed at the same time. Often those in positions of power deny or defend the systems that perpetuate racism. Happy to discuss in detail.

Workplace bullying is a serious issue that affects many people. It includes cruel actions like shouting, spreading rumors, or excluding someone from group activities. This behavior is not only immature but also shows a complete lack of respect for others.
