Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα, στις 6 Μαΐου, τα σεμινάρια για την Ανοικτή Επιστήμη, που διοργανώνονται από τον Σύνδεσμο Ελληνικών Ακαδημαϊκών Βιβλιοθηκών (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/), φιλοξενήθηκαν από το Ιόνιο Πανεπιστήμιο, Ionian University (ionio.gr).

Last week, on the 6th of May, the seminars on Open Science, organized by the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link - HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/), were hosted by the Ionian University, Ionian University (ionio.gr/en/).

It was a perfect opportunity to discuss with the academic community of the University on responsible open science and research integrity and to plan our next interaction during the next academic year.

We wish to wholeheartedly thank the Ionian University and its Library and Information Centre (library.ionio.gr/en/) for the warm hospitality 🙏🏽!

Ήταν το ένατο ελληνικό Πανεπιστήμιο που φιλοξένησε τα σεμινάρια. Ήδη έχουν διοργανωθεί 14 σεμινάρια από τα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου 2025!

It was the ninth Greek University that hosted the seminars; 14 seminars have been organised, since mid February 2025!

Στις 16 Μαΐου, είχαμε τη χαρά να βρεθούμε στη Βιβλιοθήκη & Κέντρο Πληροφόρησης (library.upatras.gr) του University of Patras (upatras.gr), για ένα ακόμα σεμινάριο για την Ανοικτή Επιστήμη, που διοργανώνεται από τον ΣΕΑΒ (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/).

Αυτή τη φορά ενώσαμε τις δυνάμεις μας, στο πλαίσιο της ημερίδας «Υπεύθυνη Έρευνα μέσα από την Ανοικτή Επιστήμη» (upatras.gr/ypefthyni-erev…), που διοργανώθηκε στο πλαίσιο του έργου PATTERN (pattern-openresearch.eu).

Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους διοργανωτές της ημερίδας από τη Βιβλιοθήκη & Κέντρο Πληροφόρησης του Πανεπιστημίου, καθώς και τους συμμετέχοντες για την εξαιρετική συζήτηση που διέτρεξε ολόκληρο το σεμινάριο 🙏🏽!

Last week, on the 16th of May, we had the pleasure to find ourselves at the Library and Information Center (library.upatras.gr/english/) of the University of Patras (upatras.gr/en/) to deliver one more seminar on Open Science, provided by HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/).

This time we joined forces, in the context of a one-day event entitled “Responsible Research through Open Science” (upatras.gr/ypefthyni-erev…) that was organized in the context of the PATTERN project (pattern-openresearch.eu).

We wish to wholeheartedly thank the organisers of the event from the Library and Information Centre and the participants for the excellent discussion that run through the whole seminar 🙏🏽!

Με μεγάλη χαρά 🤸🏼 μάθαμε ότι η εργασία που υποβάλλαμε στο ευρωπαϊκό συνέδριο Ακεραιότητας της Έρευνας ENRIO2025 (enrio2025.si), με τίτλο «Walking the talk about Open Science and Research Integrity in Greece», έγινε αποδεκτή για προφορική παρουσίαση!

Θα παρουσιάσουμε τις πλούσιες εμπειρίες μας από τη σειρά σεμιναρίων για την Ανοικτή Επιστήμη, που διοργανώνει ο ΣΕΑΒ (heal-link.gr) με ομιλητή τον Παναγιώτη Κάβουρα, που ήδη έχουν ταξιδέψει σε δέκα ελληνικά πανεπιστήμια 🗺️ με, συνολικά, 15 ξεχωριστές παρουσιάσεις.🌞

We were very happy 🤸🏼 to learn that the abstract we submitted to the ENRIO2025 Congress on Research Integrity Practice (enrio2025.si), entitled "Walking the talk about Open Science and Research Integrity in Greece", was accepted for oral presentation!

We will present our experiences from the series of seminars on Open Science, organized by HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/) with Panagiotis Kavouras as the presenter, which have already been delivered to ten Greek universities 🗺️ with 15 separate presentations.🌞
