Desks are a Health Hazard. And second hand desks aren’t much better! Kick a new habit and schedule two…15 minute walks per day. Then flick your bic and peer pressure your office mate to tag along. Warning….once you feel better it’s gonna be hard to stop.

A huge mistake I see people make in the gym: Taking too little rest between sets. If you’re taking less than 2 minutes of rest you’re killing your gains. Here’s an example: (Assuming same difficulty of sets) Short rest: Set 1 - 12 reps Rests 90 seconds Set 2 - 8 reps
