Day 65 of learning #blockchain from Cyfrin Updraft 🟩 Learning to connect frontend with contracts using html and js. window.ethereum is injected by metamask on install. We use that to know if ETH based wallet is installed or not. Using Viem to connect to metamask easily.

Interface in solidity is nothing but a convenience to call an external contract using names. Otherwise you would be Hashing the function, creating calldata of it, sending it to evm to process, then receiving and decoding it. Interface protect you from such low level stuffs

Learning Rust vs Solidity Rust is probably easier than Solidity, but it feels harder to learn because it enforces a lot of rules upfront Solidity will let you compile with unsafe patterns, then you'll learn as you go about reentrancy, overflow, out of bound errors etc With

🦖 Day 96 of learning Blockchain Dived deep into flashloans today: ✅ Understood how protocols like ThunderLoan work ✅ Learned why AssetToken exchange rate always increases ✅ Saw how borrowers use executeOperation for strategies ✅ Built a minimal flashloan borrower contract

Everyone talks about “building in Web3", Here’s how you actually do it: Deploy contracts on Base Push PRs to open-source crypto projects Ship apps on Farcaster Get recognized on Talent Protocol Builders > spectators.

❌ In Solidity, you cannot use == to compare two strings. Strings are complex types (dynamic byte arrays), so == won’t work like it does with primitives. ✅ The correct way is to compare their hashes 👇

🦖 🔥💯 I just completed 100 DAYS of learning Blockchain without a break! 🔥💯 Day 100 of learning Blockchain🚀 Today I learned about storage collision in proxy contracts. ✅Happens when proxy + implementation share overlapping storage slots. ✅Can corrupt state or even lose

Red flags to look for when applying to jobs in crypto - linkedin - don't use foundry - degree requirement - code challenge - anon team - more marketing than builders - unpaid "test work" - toxic twitter - empty github - don't take security seriously - shady funding history
