Extremely impressed by the Gateway Regional Criminal Interdiction Task Force's coordinated operations on June 11 that yielded 4 stolen vehicles, 2 recovered firearms, 6 felony drug offenses, 31 cleared warrants and 25 arrests, including 13 felony arrests! Collaboration is key!

Hazardous heat continues today with heat indices near or above 100° across the area. A Heat Advisory remains in effect through 7 PM today. Strong to severe storms are possible this afternoon into the evening mainly for northwestern MO.

We would rather beat the heat than a dead horse, but it looks like we'll be doing both for several more days. High temperatures will remain in the 90s with heat indices of 100-105 for most areas. #mowx #ilwx #stlwx
