An hour ago there was a mass shooting at a 4th of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois. 9 people shot. The parade was filled with cops and yet the shooter STILL hasn’t been caught. Why are we giving PDs 50% of our budgets when they can’t do ANYTHING to keep us safe?
