Great turnout for the Alliance demonstration day at Freyssinet’s factory in Telford yesterday. Delegates witnessed practical demonstrations of spray concrete, carbon fibre strengthening & cathodic protection, plus a special demo of hydrodemolition by Aquaforce Jetting Limited

After closing it's doors almost a decade ago, the Reading Abbey Ruins are reopening to the public on June 16 following a £3.15 million conservation project. livingreading.co.uk/abbey-revealed

Conservation works are progressing Reading Abbey Quarter Gate. Lots of repairs to do to the timber structure and stonework. And a bit of gardening too!
