Thank you to Daniela for giving our Grade 2/3 classes St. Juan Diego School a meaningful presentation on Mental Health and Friendships this morning. We talked about many ways we can resolve conflicts and practiced starfish breaths and taking deep, belly breaths. #ocsbwell 🧠🤍🧘‍♀️
