Couldn’t of said it better 👏🏼 At a previous school I was the SLT lead for attendance - We maintained 96% for three consecutive years & were the top 10 schools nationally. It was a whole school culture shift in creating an environment for all students to belong and a team effort.

Half term has landed. Despite everyone wanting to get out that door, we gathered together as an SLT and went through everything we have achieved together over the past 8 weeks (longest half term ever). Making the time to reflect and acknowledge is equally important. Proud.
