I'll be appearing before the Inquiry into the Territory Plan at 3:15PM, tune in to hear me make the case for RZ1 reform and Missing Middle Canberra
So great to see this project to support vulnerable Canberran women and children is now built! Time to make Missing Middle Canberra law so we can build more mid-density social housing across Canberra.
Great to see Chris Steel focusing on barriers to missing middle housing and the need for more homes near local shops! More homes in the places people want to live means greener and easier commutes, and more affordable housing options for all Canberrans.
Chris Steel Allowing shop top apartments, more low-rise flats near local shops, and reducing parking requirements to allow for more homes were all key parts of the Missing Middle Canberra platform. Let’s hope this is just the first step toward turning these changes into reality.
