Different omics provide complementarity information - we explored how to integrate them to understand PARP inhibition in ovarian cancer using our multi-omics network framework COSMOS in our latest work led by Mira Burtscher (tinyurl.com/579fehuy)
This was the Master Thesis work of Mira Burtscher, now a PhD student Savitski Lab EMBL with whom we continue exploring these ideas. We thank everyone involved Martín Garrido Rordríguez-Córdoba, Julio Saez-Rodriguez + those not in twitter, sp our collaborators @ Maria Faelth-Savitski team Stephan Gade GSK
Don’t miss out the Savitski team presentations at #HUPO2023 !!! 🇰🇷🇰🇷Mira Burtscher Martín Garrido Rordríguez-Córdoba
Our study integrating functional proteomics, phosphoproteomics and transcriptomics using COSMOS is out in Mol Syst Biol 🧬🧫 You can find it here: tinyurl.com/COSMOS-TPP More information in the thread below 👇
Big congrats to Nadine Tüchler on her amazing PhD work! 🎊 It was a privilege to collaborate closely and now see this final result. If you're interested in #multiomics integration or #kidneyfibrosis, check it out! ⬇️
Wonderful work by Martín Garrido Rordríguez-Córdoba🎈 Happy to have helped a bit, but happier to use this ⬇️ in future!
1/11 - With Karin Mitosch and Clément Potel + colleagues in Savitski Lab Typas Lab EMBL, I’m very happy to share our discovery of a hyper-promiscuous phage protein kinase (T7K) which broadly deactivates bacterial defenses! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
