Imagine an asylum system where claims could be fully processed in 28 days, without breaking international law. Access to a lawyer, a fair and independent tribunal, a limited right of appeal, safe and humane conditions of detention, dignity respected. We would lead the world.

Ironically the most humane, efficient and fair asylum systems are also the cheapest. Genuine refugees are identified quickly and can soon become economically active tax payers Failed applicants can be deported within a couple of months. Billions saved on enforcement.
