A great visit to Westheights Public School in Kitchener yesterday. Thank you Principal Holden for welcoming me and the team from Waterloo Region DSB, was great to hear about how we are helping to shape the young minds of the future.

This morning I met with Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources Conservation Officers as well as staff from Ontario’s Surface Water Monitoring Centre and Office of the Surveyor General in Peterborough. I thanked staff for their dedication and hard work to protect communities and resources #ProtectOntario

Great to be out at the 30th anniversary of the Wilmot Heritage Fire Brigades. These volunteers do an incredible job preserving so many amazing artifacts and fire engines from days gone by.

It was a pleasure to meet with His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori to discuss opportunities for collaboration between Ontario and the United Arab Emirates. We had a thoughtful exchange on the economic potential of the Ring of Fire, clean energy and shared economic goals.
