Well, I made it and joined up with Simon Fanning and Paul at Villafranca del Bierzo just in time for one of the steepest legs tomorrow to O Cebreiro. All for 2 great causes ICPCN and Jersey Hospice Care . All support welcome please at bit.ly/3mZutmv

And the day starts with a beautiful view of Villafranca del Bierzo Castle opposite our hostel, blue skies and sunshine, and the prospect of a 400m climb into the mountains in the first few kms.

My last full day with Paul and Simon today. Looking forward to less climbing than the past two days. It's been a fabulous few days, challenging, spectacular views, great company including chatting to many of the hundreds doing the walk. And we've raised money for 2 great causes..
