One of the coolest facts about Valonia sea algae is that it produces the largest single-celled organism known to man. Some species of Valonia can grow up to 3-4 centimeters in diameter. Their massive size exemplifies how complex single-celled organisms can be! #PuertoRico

I’m running 5.6 miles on May 16th for survivors of domestic violence. At 44 y.o. & #vegan 28 yrs, I’m stronger than ever. Today I ran an 11-min/mile pace for 6 miles. Most people my age get diarrhea from eating and can't run. I fix that! #GutHealth Support: #KilometrosDeCambio
