I’ve been back at work for about a month. I’m letting my teen arrange her afternoon rides (she can’t drive yet), we are eating quick, simple dinners, and I have no shame about grocery delivery. #PD4uandMe

This is my family on the first day. My husband drives her to school each day. They love the time together — and this daily act acknowledges that I work hard, too. It makes me love him even more. 😍#PD4uandMe

Each Sunday, we make an activity and meal plan for the week. #PD4uandMe

I thrive on exercise — so I do it early each day (in the basement) before work. This keeps me smiling all day because I’ve already made myself proud of one thing being ✅ for the day. #PD4uandMe
