Had the opportunity to attend the Bridgewater Softball prospect camp on Tuesday. I enjoyed looking at the athletic facility, playing on the field, and viewing such a gorgeous campus. I enjoyed the challenging, new drills as well. Looking forward to returning soon! Megan Pleskovic

This may be an unpopular opinion… but softball peeps — I know you’re grinding this summer, chasing goals, going to camps, etc. Just don’t forget to be a kid too. Go on that trip. Say yes to the sleepover. The grind is real — but so is being a kid. Don’t miss both.

Unfortunately, our tournament this past weekend was cancelled due to bad weather. I batted a .600 on Saturday and had a 1.000 fielding percentage. Even though we didn’t get to finish the tournament, I still had fun with my team and getting soaked with Coach Steve!

I enjoyed the scorching day with my friends Randolph-Macon Softball!! I really enjoyed the scrimmage portion where I saw some great pitching and managed to make a diving catch. Thank you so much to Coach Krysti, Coach Sami, and the RMC team for making it happen. Krysti Neufeldt

It’s always so much fun attending the Lynchburg Softball camps!! I got a lot of reps in both offensively and defensively and above all, had a lot of fun. Thank you to all of the staff and players who came to make it possible. ❤️🖤
