Today, I deposited 🇱🇮 Instrument of Ratification to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities United Nations in NYC. An important signal for equality for people with disabilities. The Convention will enter into force on 17/1/24 for LI. #CRPD #DisabilityRights

The #CTHB24 focused on the prevention of #HumanTrafficking. #Liechtenstein pays special attention to applying the follow-the-money approach. This approach is of utmost urgency, given the growing amount of illegal profits that are generated each year.

In my capacity as Chair of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, I had an exchange with PACE, the advisory body of the #coe. Cooperation between PACE and the Presidency is crucial to ensure common principles of the Council of Europe and the effectiveness of its policies. 🙏 for the exchange

I also used my stay in #Strasbourg for Bilaterals. Among others with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić and Theodoros Rousopoulos.

For the 75th anniversary of Council of Europe, @solliechtenstein performed various pieces at the @operadurhin. 🙏to Marija Pejčinović Burić, @ABaerbock, Theodoros Rousopoulos and 120 representatives of the youth conference "Confidence in Tomorrow". The youth is essential for a successful future of the Council of Europe.
